Identity data: full name, date of birth, gender and nationality. Contact data: telephone number, email, address and LINE ID. Booking/service data: dates, times, number of guests and special requirements such as dietary restrictions. Payment data: purchase history and receipts (we do not store full credit-card details; payment providers process them). Membership/loyalty data: tier, points and benefits. Technical data: IP Address, Cookies, device/browser type and website/app usage. Images and audio: CCTV footage at service locations. Other information you provide: enquiries, complaints and satisfaction surveys. Sensitive data (if any): such as food-allergy health information, collected only with explicit consent.

You have the right to: 1. access and obtain a copy of your data; 2. correct it and keep it up to date; 3. erase/destroy or anonymise it; 4. temporarily restrict its use; 5. object to collection, use or disclosure; 6. transfer it to another controller; 7. withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing; and 8. complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee Office (PDPC).

Enquiries may include your name, email or phone, business type, product interests and message. We use these to respond to your questions and requests. Contact details are needed to reply. Please do not provide unnecessary sensitive data. Hosting may process IP, browser details, access time and technical logs. [Confirm actual logs.]

Depending on the request, processing may be necessary for pre-contractual steps or a contract, legitimate interests such as answering enquiries and site security subject to balancing your rights, or legal obligations. localStorage “longbeach-language” remembers your language until changed or cleared. Google Fonts requests may transmit IP and technical request data. Netlify is understood to host the site. 5. Recipients and transfers / ผู้รับและการโอนข้อมูล
Recipients may include staff handling enquiries, hosting and maintenance providers, and authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside Thailand. [Confirm recipients, locations and lawful transfer safeguards.]

6. Retention and security / ระยะเวลาเก็บและความปลอดภัย
We retain general enquiry information for 12 months after the enquiry is closed, and system/security logs for 90 days. Information relating to contracts, accounting or disputes is retained for the period required by law or for as long as reasonably necessary for legal purposes. When the applicable period ends, information will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised unless further retention is legally required.

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, copies, source information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may withdraw consent where applicable and complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee Office. Contact the controller above; identity checks may be required and requests are handled within legal deadlines.
